Burnside Theatre

Located at the corner of 93rd & Cottage Grove. This place is still up and while the capacity may be small, perhaps it's a place that can be utilized for the enjoyment of the community.

Here's a brief description from Cinema Treasures:
This small theater, seating just under 300, was located in the neighborhood of the same name, on Chicago's South Side on Cottage Grove Avenue and 93rd Place. It opened in 1911 and remained in operation until 1951. It later housed a church for some time.
There is one problem, well currently this building is in the 9th Ward at the moment. I would still say this could be a business opportunity to those with some capital and a good business plan.
