Cook County officials hear plenty about health care planning -- chicagotribune.com

Well there's no mention of the issues with funding the county's health care system as per the mailing I received on Saturday. Obviously with a mailing like that asking us if we think one more penny in taxes is worth it to keep county hospitals and clinics are running this might be another aspect that Bill Beavers wants us to be ok with paying another penny. There is a listing of meetings here but it appears none are headed this way, but if you want to sound off on this issue, I'm sure they won't turn you away. Whatever your position is.
