7900 block of Calumet

What is the significance of this gold bow tied around this tree? I could have taken other pics of other trees with such bow, but there were a few on this particular morning.

    Youshould've let me know you were nearby ;)

    As for the answer...I am not sure, but guessing that someone on the block went ot Iraq or Afghanistan. (There's a more public view of soldier support on King Drive, around the 9300 block)
