Constituent sevice part 2
Courtesy of The Uptown Update. A constituent seeks an appointment with Ald. Helen Shiller in the 46th Ward and was told that if she doesn't like her neighborhood to move out. Also says that this is not her college campus and that she was only there to kick out the poor people. Very bad form, but check out the comments!
