CTA Tattler: Service agency does outreach to homeless CTA riders

I don't see this as often anymore on the L. It was often enough when I got on a train that some homeless person or a person begging on the train for change was working a car. I'm sure that most wouldn't accept help for whatever reason they can conjure up, however, five had according to the CTA Tattler.
