What the Helen talks about winning Aldermanic elections...
It's a very good post. If you don't know What the Helen made itself known to residents of the 46th ward of Chicago otherwise known nominally as Uptown (though that may not be the only neighborhood in the ward). Anyway a cautionary tale for those who want to run for Alderman anywhere else in the city three or so years from now.
